Every Pratt Works tumbler is laser engraved to order in our shop in McKinney, TX.
Make time
Most orders are engraved and shipped within 2-3 business days. If you asked for a proof, we start engraving once you approve it, which can add time to your order.
Shipping rates (U.S. only)
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
- $8 flat-rate shipping on orders under $35.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with USPS. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Sales tax on shipping
For deliveries in Texas, sales tax is charged on shipping as well as on your items, as required by Texas law.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us and we'll work with USPS to sort it out case by case.
